AIRPORT CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
For guests arriving at the Denver International Airport;
Upon your arrival into DIA, proceed to the baggage claim area to collect your belongings. Once you’ve collected your belongings, please call 970-453-4052 to check the status of your shuttle. From there, please proceed to the East Terminal to Mountain Carrier Lane / Island 2, which is located between Doors 511 and 507 on the 5 floor of the main terminal. Your driver will be waiting for you in this area in a vehicle marked FRESH TRACKS TRANSPORTATION. We recommend printing this email and having it with you on your travel day.
For guests Departing Summit County to the Denver International Airport;
Passenger pick-ups begin approximately 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. A Fresh Tracks Transportation representative will contact your party by 8:00pm the evening prior to the day of travel and provide you with a (15) minute window of your actual pick up time.
Fresh Tracks Transportation is not responsible for travel delays due to severe weather, road closures or heavy traffic conditions. Any incurred expense associated with missed flights or shuttle connections is the sole reasonability of the passenger. If a passenger misses a shuttle due to flight delays, the passenger will be rebooked on the next available shuttle.
Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours from the date and time of anticipated travel will not be refunded. Any reservation cancelled at least 24 hours prior to date and time of anticipated travel will be refunded in full. If the reservation was paid for by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card for which the reservation was paid for. Reservations paid with cash or check will be refunded in the form of a check mailed to the address on file for the reservation.
Guests are limited to two full size suitcases per person including a ski or snowboard bag. For excess of two pieces of luggage, a fee of $20 per piece, per person will be charged. For all other non-traditional baggage, additional fees may apply.
Wait Time Policy / Charter Service Only
Fresh Tracks Transportation charter services may be subject to wait time charges for any requested stop or delay time. Wait time will be charged at $85 per hour, per vehicle, billed in fifteen (15) minute increments.
