Company Overview

Q:  How long has Fresh Tracks Transportation been in business?
A:  Fresh Tracks began providing passenger transportation in January of 2OO6.
Q:  Is Fresh Tracks Transportation a fully licensed and insured company?
A:  Fresh Tracks holds operating authorities from both the State of Colorado and Federal Department of Transportation.  Fresh Tracks also carries insurance that exceeds the minimum requirements set by the State of Colorado and Federal Government.

Credit Cards / Payments / Cancellation Policy

Q:  Do you require a credit card to make a reservation?
A:  Fresh Tracks Transportation does require a credit card for any advance reservations and gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  All listed prices are in U.S currency.  Cash payments can be made while on the shuttle.  Please let let your reservation agent know that you would prefer to pay cash when making your reservation.
Q:  What is your cancellation policy?
A:  Fresh Tracks has a 24 hour non-refundable cancellation policy for all reservations.  If a reservation is cancelled 24 hours outside of the scheduled shuttle pick up time, you will receive a full refund.  If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled shuttle pick up time, your credit card will be billed for the full amount of the service.

Pick Up & Drop Off Locations

Q:  Do you offer door to door service or do I need to get to a pick up location?
A:  Most of our services are door to door.  For our airport and ski shuttle service, we’ll pick you up at your home, condo or hotel.  Your reservations agent will ask you for your location during the reservation process.

Lost & Found

Q:  What if I accidentally leave something on the shuttle?
A:  Fresh Tracks Transportation is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left on any shuttles, however, if you have left something behind please contact us at 97O-453-7433 and we’ll do everything we can to reunite you with your belongings.

Luggage Policy

Q:  How much luggage am I allowed to bring on the shuttle?
A:  Each passenger is allowed two full size suitcases and one carry on bag.  Ski / Snowboard bags are also allowed at no additional charge.  All additional bags will incur a charge of $2O per suitcase / bag.

Traveling With Pets

Q:  Do you allow pets on your shuttle?
A:  We only allow service animals on our shared ride shuttles.  All pets are welcome on our charter services.  Please inform your reservations agent that you will be traveling with your service animal prior to your service date.

Airport Shuttle

Q:  Once I arrive at the Denver International Airport, what is the procedure for the meeting the shuttle?
A:  Once your flight lands at DIA, please call our office at 97O-453-7433 to let us know that you have arrived.  Guests who have checked bags should proceed to the baggage claim area located on Level 5 of the main terminal (If you do not have checked bags, you will still need proceed to Level 5 of the main terminal). Once you have collected your bags, proceed to the East Side of the Terminal to Mountain Carrier Lane #1 located between doors 513 & 515.  This is where our vehicle will be located.
Q:  What if my flight is delayed or arrives early?  Will there be shuttles waiting at the airport?
A:  Our office staff will continually check the status of your flight on the day of travel.  Our schedules are determined weeks ahead of time so we may not be able to have a shuttle waiting at the airport in the event that your flight lands early or is delayed but we will guarantee that you’ll be on the next available shuttle.
Q:  What is the difference between the Denver International Airport to Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper Mountain shared ride shuttle vs. the charter service?
A:  Our shared ride service places multiple parties in the same vehicle with a similar destination while our charter service holds only one party or group of people.
Q:  Does the shuttle make stops along the way for things like groceries or ski rentals?
A:  On the shared ride shuttle, we do not make any stops except for guests who need to use a restroom.  On our charter service, we allow up to 3O minutes (in addition to the allotted travel time) to stop for anything that guests might need.
Q:  What happens if there’s poor weather or a snow storm on my day of travel?
A:  Fresh Tracks Transportation operates every day in the rocky mountains and during every snow storm.  Our drivers are trained in winter driving conditions and our vehicles have special equipment to help perform in the snow.  The only time that we cancel trips is if the roads are closed.

Ski Shuttle

Q:  What ski resorts to you provide ski shuttle service to?
A:  Fresh Tracks Transportation provide ski shuttle service between Breckenridge, Vail, Keystone, Beaver Creek, Copper Mountain and A Basin.
Q:  How often do your ski shuttles run?
A:  Our ski shuttles run everyday from when the ski resorts open in November to when they close in April.  Our scheduled daily shuttles run once in the morning and once in the afternoon.  We do offer additional service and times upon request.  Please see our ski shuttles page to find more information.
Q:  Do you have to make reservations for the ski shuttle or can I just show up at a designated area?
A:  Reservations are required for all our services.  Our services are all door to door so we will need to know where all guests are staying.
Q:  What happens if there’s poor weather or a snow storm on my day of travel?

Q:  Can I leave my shoes or a boot bag on the bus while I ski?
A:  Our vehicle do not stay at any ski resort once they drop passengers off for a day of skiing and often times the vans are used for other trips during the day.  We wouldn’t want your belongings to get lost.

Wedding Shuttle

Q:  What kind of vehicles to you offer for wedding transportation?
A:  Fresh Tracks Transportation operates recent model Ford Econoline 15 passenger vans.  These vehicles have been meticulously cared for inside and out.
Q:  How many people can your vehicles carry at one time?
A:  Our total capacity is 3OO people at one time
Q:  What type of uniforms do your drivers wear for weddings?
A:  Our drivers have attire that is appropriate for all weddings.  This typically consists of black slacks, black shoes and long sleeve collared shirts.

Q:  In Addition to your Airport, Ski and Wedding shuttles, do you provide any other services?
A:  Fresh Tracks Transportation provides shuttle service for any type of event in Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail, Beaver Creek, Copper Mountain, A Basin, Frisco, Dillon and Silverthorne.  Our services include but are not limited to corporate events, company parties, family reunions, bachelor / bachelorette parties, golf outings, rafting trips and birthday parties.  Please contact us for rates and availability for any service that you’re interested in.
